I grew up in an environment where values were practiced, meaningful conversations were encouraged, and curiosity was nurtured. Born and raised in Delhi, with professional exposure across India and abroad, I developed an early interest in understanding people—their thoughts, journeys, challenges, and the strength behind their successes and failures.
Fluent in Hindi, English, Tamil, and Malayalam, this curiosity gradually shaped my focus on human behavior and what truly enables individuals and teams to grow, even in the most challenging situations.
That curiosity evolved into a 25-year journey across startups and multinational organisations in India and abroad, where I led Training and Development as an HR Head. Working across cultures, industries, and leadership levels gave me a deep understanding of how people think, perform, lead, and transform.
Today, this experience shapes my work as a Leadership Strategist and Development Coach—while also driving business impact as the Director of eCrystal Digital Technology, a company focused on digital branding and strategy development.
Through all these years, one truth stood out clearly to me: no role, title, or organisation grows unless the individual within it grows first.
Today, my work is driven by this belief—helping people build clarity, confidence, and capability from the inside out.
